Simon's Cave

Simon's Cave lies on the northern end of 2 Mile Reef and faces the shore. When current and surge allow, divers can pass through a swim-through about 5 m long. Pinnacles, gullies and stone overhangs hide shy royal angelfish, and whitetip reef sharks sometimes rest in the cove. Large colonies of anemones and schools of raccoon butterflyfish give the site its colour.
