Divers find not one but three ships here, the main one a coaster that sank stern first, while two others still show their bows above the surface. Because the reef lies in a restricted shipping area outside the Port of Jeddah, fishermen cannot reach it and the reef is in good shape, with corals and many gullies to explore. Turtles, rays and morays live among the wrecks. Silky, hammerhead, lemon, reef and tiger sharks are reported as occasional visitors. Reaching the site needs a private boat and permission from the authorities.
