Turtle Bay
Divers swim from the first lagoon through a shallow pass, only 1 to 2 m deep, along a hard-coral outer wall to the second lagoon. There a large coral garden is full of fish and coral, and turtles come to feed on the soft corals. Eagle rays pass occasionally, and dolphins from nearby El Fanous sometimes visit. Gently sloping sand, small coral blocks and shallow water make it suitable for beginners and for snorkelling.
