Coral Cave
Divers enter through Coral Gardens and descend the steep wall straight into the mouth of the cavern, which is about 30 m wide. Inside, a silty floor climbs to about 21 m where it meets the ceiling, and burrowing firework anemones and the rare marine goldfish (Anthias anthias) live near the entrance. The real show is the view back out through the huge arch into the blue. A hole at the back must not be entered without cave training; MaltaDives notes that two divers died there in 1999. After the cave the dive usually follows the vertical wall north towards the Chimney and returns via Coral Gardens or the Blue Hole.
