Allmannshausen Kapelle
Also known as: Kapelle · Kapelle / Seeburg (Allmannshausen) · Seeburg
A short path next to the little chapel leads into the water, and a chain laid from the shallows ends at a concrete block at about 15 m. In summer a dense belt of water plants between about 3 and 6 m shelters perch, pike and crayfish, which also makes the site popular for training and dusk dives. Rock formations start in the mid-teens and step down along the wall, with eels and burbot in the crevices, and in late autumn char come up from the deep to spawn and can be seen in their hundreds. A popular route follows the edge north for about 20 minutes and turns back past odd objects divers have left, including an old bed with a skeleton. Far below the edge lie the wrecks Gertrud at about 70 m and Josefine at over 80 m, both beyond recreational limits.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
