Berg
Also known as: Ort Berg · Starnberger See, Ort Berg · Segelboot bei Berg · Wracks in Berg
The best-known wreck is a wooden sailing boat in about 8 to 10 m, south of the entry and easy to find, which makes it a good first wreck for beginners. On the way there or back divers pass a pedal boat at about 6 to 7 m, and deeper down lie a kayak at about 29 m and the so-called Schindelwrack at about 38 m. With luck burbot, eels or crayfish shelter under the bow or stern of the sailing boat, whose timber is fragile and should not be touched. The bottom is soft mud and sediment, so good buoyancy is needed. Because the entry is so close to the pier, divers keep to the winter break in shipping and are asked to keep quiet for the sake of the residents.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
