Paradise Beach

Paradise Beach is a sheltered sandy slope beside a white beach on Cadlao Island, around 15 minutes by boat from El Nido. Calm water most of the year makes it the standard place for confined and training dives of beginner courses. The corals are modest, but the sand holds critters that macro fans seek out: flamboyant cuttlefish, seahorses, ornate ghost pipefish, sea moths and frogfish. Several of these appear mostly in the cooler months from January to March. Because the site is shallow, dives can last close to an hour.
