Banayan Point

Banayan Point marks the southern end of Matinloc Island on the western side of Bacuit Bay. Large rocks encrusted with coral form the reef. The strong current here brings in pelagic fish such as tuna, jacks, trevally and mackerel, and reef sharks and passing dolphins are reported. Among the rocks live big groupers and moray eels.
