Maubara Fort
Divers enter down the steep steps of the sea wall in front of the fort and swim out over an easy sandy bottom. The gentle slope is dotted with big bommies and some good coral, although Wikivoyage notes parts have been washed away. Barracuda pass often, spiny lobsters hide in the shallows, and tuna, Spanish mackerel and turtles are lucky sightings. Wikivoyage also mentions large nudibranchs, unusual soft corals, shrimps, eels and clams. The site is best dived at slack tide to avoid strong currents.
