Stavros Cape
Also known as: Cape Stavros
The boat anchors on the sheltered eastern side of the cape, and the descent follows the anchor line to about 30 m. From there the bottom plunges far beyond recreational limits, and operators keep the dive within about 40 to 42 m. The attraction is the depth, the deep blue and the clarity of the water. Groupers, snappers, moray eels, amberjacks and trevally patrol the large rocks along the route. It is offered only to experienced divers with deep diving training.
