Constellation

Her cargo included cement, glassware, medical ampules and hundreds of cases of whisky, and much of it was never recovered. Thousands of hardened cement bags still cover the bottom and now carry algae that draw parrotfish, trumpetfish and sergeant majors. Bottles, slate and other small items lie among them. The wreck and its ampules inspired Peter Benchley's novel The Deep and the film shot in Bermuda. Because she lies right next to the Montana, divers can see two wrecks of different centuries on one dive.
