Gorgone II
Also known as: Gorgon II · Gorgon 2 · Gorgone Two · Golden Reef
Green turtles graze on the seagrass in the shallows, and the reef starts only a short swim out at 2 to 3 m. A pinnacle above the main fan coral helps divers find it on a small outcrop away from the reef. Morays hide in the reef creases, and lionfish, blue tang and other surgeonfish are common. Scorpionfish, stonefish and crocodilefish are often seen at the base of the reef, and the slope continues towards New Canyon.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
