C-130 Hercules

Also known as: Hercules C130 · Hercules C-130

The aircraft was stripped of fuel, oil and paint and sunk by the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority with the navy and the port corporation. It measures about 30 m in length with a wingspan of about 40 m and rests almost level on a flat sandy bottom. The open cockpit and cargo hold are easy to enter, which makes it popular for wreck training and photography. Scorpionfish, lionfish and schooling reef fish have moved in, and frogfish and stonefish live in the surrounding canyons. Technical divers can combine it with the Al Shorouk and The Tank in a single dive.
