The car park lies right at the water, so the entry is very convenient, and the site is popular with dive schools. To the left of the jetty the slope falls gently and its plant growth attracts fish, a good area for beginners and training. Heading straight out from the jetty, a gully starts at about 15 m and widens with depth, and some 50 m to the right a wall begins at around 30 m and runs west towards the Liebesinsel. A small wrecked rowing boat lies at about 38 to 40 m, and the bottom keeps dropping in steps to more than 120 m. Shoals of fish gather between 3 and 6 m on the way back, where the jetty piles help with the safety stop.
