Wrasse Strip

Conosciuto anche come: Wrasses Strip · Wrasse Point

Despite the name, Dive The World notes the site has no more wrasse species than others, though redcheek and slingjaw wrasse are present. Two kinds of unicornfish, the sleek and the bignose, wait above the corals to be cleaned, and young manta rays and eagle rays come into the shallows for the same reason. Large coral bommies with small caverns shelter batfish, sweetlips and soldierfish. Titan triggerfish forage in the rubble patches, where red fire gobies live. Turtles, jacks, barracudas and whitetip reef sharks also pass.
