Shark's Cave
Also known as: Sharks' Cave · Shark Cave
The first ledge is an overhang between 30 and 40 m where schooling jacks gather. Further along the wall, past sea fans, barrel sponges and black coral with frogfish, a second ledge at 25 to 30 m can be entered for a few metres, and whitetip reef sharks lie on its floor. The resort adds that leopard sharks rest on a sand ledge on the way down. Grey reef sharks, hammerheads, manta rays, giant trevally and dogtooth tuna pass in the blue. Because of the depth, divers soon reach their no-decompression limit and finish the dive on the reef top.
