Jimmy Goes to China

Jimmy Goes to China sits at the northernmost point of Clerke Reef, where one writer was carried about two kilometres by a fast current. The wall drops to about 40 m and is dressed in large gorgonians and black corals, with the reef top between 10 and 20 m. Grey reef sharks and silvertip sharks are common, along with schools of five-lined snapper, chevron barracuda and dogtooth tuna. Further along the drift the reef breaks into old bommies and pointed pinnacles.
