Divers cross the dike, walk to the point of the jetty and enter there. The sandy bottom limits growth at depth, but brittle stars, hermit crabs, flatfish, crabs and shrimps are common, and the jetty itself carries local growth. Because the site lies in a bowl, the current makes a turning movement, and visibility is often poor. Parking is limited to a few places along the dike.
