Panari Ryugu no Ne
Also known as: パナリ竜宮の根 (Japanese) · パナリ龍宮の根 (Japanese)
The rock rises from sand at about 7 to 8 m, and its walls are hung with large red sea fans and soft corals, with anthias and cardinalfish swarming around it. Longnose hawkfish live in the sea fans at only 2 to 3 m, possibly the shallowest place in the world to see them. The sand around it holds garden eels, and macro subjects such as small scorpionfish are easy to photograph in the shallow water. The site is almost an hour from Ishigaki even by fast boat, so it is visited less often.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
