Barasu Higashi

Also known as: バラス東 (Japanese)

Coral gardens with a very large number of species cover the reef, and fairy basslets, anthias and damselfish swarm over them. Soft corals grow in the deeper water, where divers also find many nudibranchs. Around 18 m there is a large red sea fan that can exceed 4 m. The site is only about five minutes by boat from Uehara and has little current.
