Kuroshima Therapy
Also known as: 黒島テラピー (Japanese)
The bottom at about 6 to 8 m is fine white sand with heads of various sizes scattered across it. Cardinalfish and glassy sweepers school around the heads, and ribbon eels can be seen in blue, yellow and black colour phases, sometimes all three at once. Gobies, nudibranchs and other macro subjects make it popular with photographers, and rare species are found here regularly. Because it is so shallow, dives often last over an hour.
