Bolo Point
The site lies just off the tip of Cape Zampa. Divers can lose themselves in a maze of over twenty swim-throughs, and at the south end a sheer wall holds a large cavern. Giant trevally and napoleon wrasse patrol the area, and lionfish, copper sweepers, groupers and nurse sharks are reported. Wartime artifacts, including artillery rounds, have been found near the cave. Shore entry means a rough hike over jagged rock, and surf and current change quickly.
