Water Treatment Plant

The site lies off a water desalination plant at the south end of the Sunabe shore, which gives it its name. Its main features are the plant's water intake and outlet, two man-made structures nicknamed the birdcage and the mushroom or UFO. Both are overgrown with coral and surrounded by schools of fish, and a large school of barracuda often hangs near the mushroom. Nudibranchs are common, and divers also report eagle rays, blue-spotted rays, cuttlefish, octopus and turtles. Entry and exit are easy.
