Grotte à Corail de Maïre
This cave opens at the foot of a large oblique crack in the cliff on the south side of Maïre island, at the right-hand side of the creek. The entrance lies on white sand at about 9 m, and there are several exits, but orientation inside is simple. Red coral grows on the ceiling at low depth, and spiny lobsters, squat lobsters and perhaps a small conger eel live in the cracks. After the cave, a small wall to the east drops to about 25 m.
