Martin Maryland

Also known as: Maryland Bomber · Martin Maryland 167

The three-seat aircraft was located in spring 2020 during a side-scan sonar survey by the University of Malta. Its wings are well preserved, while the nose is broken and the starboard engine with its propeller lies some distance away. An extra fuel tank suggests it was lost returning from a reconnaissance flight. It is a technical dive.
