Spider Cave
Spider Cave runs some 80 to 100 m back under the cliff of the southern headland of Jervis Bay. It has three entrances stacked one above the other, and inside apparent dead ends are passed by rising through openings, so the cave climbs from about 24 m to about 7 m. Divers then return the same way and can explore the wall, boulders and sponge gardens outside. Light entering the cave makes it a sought-after wide-angle photo site. Charter boats only go there in very calm conditions, and it is a dive for experienced divers.
