Malvín Sur
Also known as: Malvin South
Sunlight on the shallow Posidonia meadow gives it a golden shimmer that Scuba Ibiza singles out as the highlight. Like its sister islet Malvín Norte about 500 m away, the islet slopes gradually, so beginners can adapt to depth while more experienced divers go deeper. Barracuda, groupers, conger and moray eels, octopus and lobsters are reported. Broad-nosed pipefish hide among the seagrass, and tuna sometimes hunt smaller fish around the islet. Anfibios uses the Malvín islets for intro dives and Open Water courses.
