Cueva del Diablo
Also known as: Cueva Diablo
The Devil's Cave sits at the foot of a coastal volcano inside the marine reserve, sheltered from the trade winds. A wide cavern of almost 15 m height opens over a sandy floor at around 8 m, and light falls in through two skylights in its ceiling, especially after midday. In its recesses divers find two kinds of lobster, spiny pufferfish, arrow crabs among tube anemones and other small cave fauna. Outside, a flat sand and rock bottom leads to a natural stone arch at about 5 m. The whole dive stays shallow, which makes it one of the easiest in the reserve.
