La Piscine
La Piscine covers the channel between the two Pigeon Islets and lies inside a zone closed to boats, so snorkellers and beginners can use it safely. The sandy bottom at the mooring makes it a common training site, with scattered coral blocks around it. Shallow coral valleys and holes hide moray eels and other reef fish, and one or more turtles are often seen. For more experienced divers a wall leads down to about 40 m, rich in sponges and corals that shelter large numbers of fish.
