Dirty Rock

Also known as: Roca Sucia

Dirty Rock is an offshore pinnacle that Undersea Hunter counts among the best places anywhere to watch hammerheads school, often by the hundreds. Its western pinnacle is frequently wrapped in dense schools of bigeye jacks. Divers also meet mantas, mating marble rays, eagle rays, whale sharks, dolphins, wahoo and billfish, and bait balls draw further predators. Currents can be strong, and visibility is often excellent.
