Viking Rock

Also known as: Isla Cascara · Vicking Rock

Viking Rock is a small, helmet-shaped island at the entrance to Wafer Bay and a classic afternoon dive. A steep wall with small ledges shelters macro life, which makes it a good site for photographers. The shallows around it are busy with whitetip reef sharks, marble rays and schooling fish. With some luck, hammerheads, tiger sharks, silvertips, eagle rays and turtles pass by.
