Grumman Guardian Plane Wreck

Also known as: Grumman Guardian AF-2W

The Guardian was searching for a missing jet in 1954 when engine trouble forced it to ditch near Gull Island, which it did without problems. The aircraft rests upright on a sandy bottom and is described as being in good condition. Kelp and fish have gathered around it, turning it into a small artificial reef. It is a weather-dependent dive that pairs well with a dive at Gull Island.
