Bowen Point

Bowen Point lies on the sheltered back side of Santa Cruz Island between Yellow Banks and Willows Anchorage. Rocky outcrops run out from the point beneath the surface and support healthy kelp forest. Underwater Photography Guide recommends it for its kelp, structure and torpedo rays. Strong currents at times keep divers away from the outer sections.
