Franks Crack

The wall runs from about 5 m down to 70 to 80 m and is covered in hard and soft corals. Large cracks along its face shelter crustaceans and juvenile fish, and the site takes its name from a guest called Frank who found one of them teeming with fish while out with Dive Timor Lorosae. Visibility is usually very good and the current mild, so it is dived as a drift past a wide variety of reef fish and pelagics. Turtles, tuna and Spanish mackerel are among the lucky sightings.
