Ponta Leste
Ponta Leste sits at the end of Ilha de Cabo Frio and is the deepest of its group of sites. Large numbers of fish pass the point, and turtles, lobsters and rays are common. Because currents are frequent and the sea is not always favourable, local guides treat it as a dive for experienced divers. Whether boats can go depends on the conditions of the day.
