Dhigurah Arches

Also known as: Dhigurah Etere · Dhigurah Ethere

The reef drops from about 5 metres to 25 metres and more and is cut into coves, caves and overhangs. Natural coral arches and short swim-throughs give the site its name, decorated with soft corals. Fusiliers, snappers and soldierfish school along the slope, while morays, lionfish, stingrays and turtles are common. Mantas occasionally pass in the summer months. The site lies within a marine protected area and is popular for macro photography.
