Punta Omo Morto
The dive lies below a high cliff crowned by the Omo Morto lighthouse, not far from the harbour. Ustica Diving Center describes a steep, colourful wall rich in crustaceans, molluscs and nudibranchs, with a broad cave at about 25 m whose passage is lined with shrimps. Profondo Blu describes large square blocks of volcanic rock that have fallen down the slope, decorated with gorgonians from 20 m and home to groupers. Schools of amberjack often pass close to shore. Inside the bay, where boats anchor, boulders covered in sea urchins alternate with Posidonia.
