Hole in the Wall

Two rocks break the surface at Hole in the Wall and a third lies just below, while the main rock runs for about 130 m underwater and takes some 40 minutes to circle. The site is named after a swim-through roughly 15 m long, 3 m wide and 1.5 m high, an overhead section where divers sometimes have to give way to rays or turtles. Marine life is similar to nearby Martini Rock and Martini Wall, with batfish, clownfish and triggerfish on the rock. Large rays rest on the sand of the deeper section, and further out seahorses and nudibranchs can be found.
