Punta Pennello
After a few minutes along the wall, divers reach a grotto that houses many shrimps and some forkbeards. Climbing back onto the plateau, often swept by current, they often meet groups of dentex or barracuda. The nearby Secca di Punta Pennello is a broad shoal whose edge drops beyond 40 m, with several mapped caves, some with freshwater springs. A deep technical route ends at a limestone monolith beyond 90 m with black coral and frequent sunfish.
