Punta del Nasuto

Also known as: Cape Nasuto

The submerged ridge forms terraces, so the site can be dived on several profiles. The east side is gentler and ends around 26 m, while the west side slopes as a boulder field to about 20 m and then drops steeply beyond 40 m. Yellow gorgonians cover the wall, and its cracks shelter big groupers, congers and morays, with lobsters below about 30 m. Schools of dentex and the odd barracuda cruise off the drop. The wall is long enough that Diving in Elba plans at least two dives to see it.
