The reef is about 200 m long, and on its east side pinnacles enclose pools with soft corals and glassfish. To the north the bottom turns to sand with coral patches, followed by a coral garden at about 25 m. The west side holds large hard and soft coral blocks. Dolphins sometimes visit, and whitetip reef sharks, morays and blue-spotted stingrays are reported.
