Both sides of the reef offer extensive coral gardens and many coral blocks covered in soft corals. ScubaGo lists whitetip reef sharks, clownfish, nudibranchs, morays, parrotfish, pufferfish, pipefish and blue-spotted stingrays. Wannadive rates it as a reef dive for all divers with little current and a maximum depth of 22 m. Its smaller neighbour is Shaab Bohar Soraya.
