Ceran Pass

Also known as: Pass of Ceran · Piton de Ceran

Ceran Pass on the east side of Taha'a is always dived as a drift. Its centrepiece is a peak covered in yellow coral, around which large schools of barracudas, bigeye jacks and surgeonfish circle. HemisphereSub also reports rays, sharks and Napoleon wrasse, Te Mara Nui whitetip sharks, and Tahiti Tourisme grey reef sharks and soldierfish. The dive goes deep and is reserved for divers with at least a second-level qualification.
