Toopua
Also known as: Toopua/Toopua Iti
Toopua starts in a shallow coral garden bordered by a coral drop-off. At the base of the wall a broad sand channel is where Bora Diving Center most often meets schools of eagle rays. Tahiti Tourisme adds stingrays and clownfish and presents the site as a lagoon dive for all levels. Wannadive reports a medium current and notes that Toopua and the neighbouring Toopua Iti are usually combined in one drift dive. Bora Diving Center recommends it to beginners and experienced divers alike.
