Yillet
Also known as: Yilliet
Yillet stretches east to west about 15 minutes north of Misool Resort and once hosted a shark-finning camp. Its reefs and shark numbers have since come back strongly. One tiny satellite islet has been undercut by waves into an umbrella over a sloping plateau with overhangs and small caves. A torch helps to light the colours and critters there, and barramundi cod, hawksbill turtles and schooling barracuda are seen.
