Waterman's Wall
Also known as: Waterman Wall
Waterman's Wall begins at about 50 to 70 ft and falls steeply to more than 140 ft. The site is current-intensive, its dense and varied invertebrate cover is described by Emerald Diving as unusual for Puget Sound, and PNW Diving compares the colour to the San Juan Islands. Wolf eels and giant Pacific octopus are occasional encounters. Visibility is often silty, and heavy boat traffic overhead makes a surface marker buoy advisable. There is no shore access.
