Deep Wall
Deep Wall is reached in about four minutes by boat from Sosua and begins at a buoy at around 13 to 15 m. Small canyons and many cavities lead down the wall to about 32 m, and at roughly 28 m a cavern shelters angelfish, king crabs and sometimes sleeping nurse sharks. Crabs and moray eels hide in the holes along the way. Divers finish towards Playa Alicia for the safety stop, scanning the sand for seahorses, frogfish and batfish. Operators also name it a good site for octopus.
