Los Gemelos

Also known as: The Twins

Los Gemelos, the twins, are two pinnacles that rise next to each other from a sandy bottom. Between them lie canyons and tunnels that schools of hammerheads, eagle rays and silky sharks use as passages. The shallower parts are home to scorpionfish and many morays. Sources disagree on whether the pinnacle tops stay below the surface or break it.
