Retak Larry

Also known as: Larry's Crack · Larrys Crack

Retak means crack, and Lembeh Resort says the site is named after a guest photographer who found a cracked rock on his way up. Lembeh Resort counts it as the most popular site in Kembahu Bay and the third most dived muck site after Hairball and Jahir. Frogfish, cockatoo flounders, seahorses and filamented ghost pipefish are typical, and the site sometimes sees mass mating of the Gymnodoris ceylonica nudibranch. Dive The World adds mimic octopus, painted frogfish, spiny seahorses and robust and harlequin ghost pipefish, and notes that the site can be reached by boat and from the shore.
