Batu Sandar
The site circles a pinnacle that leans above the water; a smaller rock that once leaned against it has since moved. A finger of coral extends into the strait down to about 20 m onto a white sand slope with many scattered coral bommies. The sheltered shallows have excellent soft corals and sponges that attract commensal shrimps and gastropods, while sea moths, flying gurnards, dragonets and stingrays move over the sand.
